Josephine

Josephine joined the Uganda Creates team in June 2012 as our first Youth Development Manager, assuming overall responsibility for all the projects and staff  in Uganda and for developing new programmes and initiatives.

Josephine has a degree in Adult and Community Education and has previous experience with other NGOs in Uganda including World Vision and SPAU.

Josephine has now run the organisation in Uganda for over 4 years and in that time has implemented a new project in Kayunga, and implemented our Vocational Training Scheme, which now runs across all project sites.

She has an infectiously happy personality and a drive not only to succeed, but to improve the lives of young people in Uganda.
